Due to the increase of cookies controls, some browsers prevent our authentication cookies from working properly. Until we update our software to make sure it doesn't use cookies anymore, here's the procedure to follow to resolve this problem.

On Google Chrome

Go to Settings> Privacy and Security> Website settings> Cookies and site data
Disable Block third-party cookies

On iOS Safari

Go to : Settings application> Safari> Privacy and security
Disabled the options Prevent cross-site tracking and Block cookies

On macOS Safari

Go to Preferences> Privacy
Disable the options Prevent cross-domain tracking and Block cookies
